           As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, I have a vision to educate every client I meet.  I have a desire to teach them the knowledge of Strategic Equity repositioning.  It is this passion for customer service that has lead me to my personal success.

            I started out as a junior loan originator in 1993.  After a year of feeling like an order taker, I decided to stay in the business, but to take three months to learn the business from the bottom up.  I wanted to educate myself so I could give my clients the quality service and education they deserve.  After deciding that education was my main goal, I took it to the next level by becoming educated in the real estate transaction.  After receiving my Real Estate Certificate, I gained the ability to educate my clients throughout the entire transaction.

            After educating myself in the transaction, I decided it was time to learn the art of motivation and sales.  I am a disciple of Tony Robbins and Zig Zigler and have attended many of their seminars.  I then graduated from Tony Robbins “Mastery Program”.  In 1995 I became a sales trainer.  I kept this position until being promoted to Sales Manager in 1997.  As Sales Manager, I created a team of originators that moved to the top of the mortgage industry.  In 2001 I was promoted to Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.  By 2002, I was overseeing production of over ninety million dollars of home loans per month.

            It was June of 2003 when I decided to begin a new endeavor, starting my own mortgage company, Caslin Mortgage.  I also began to manage another mortgage company, American Mortgage.  American Mortgage was a two million dollar a month mortgage company when I started and has blossomed to fifteen million dollars a month in just three years.  I have a team of individuals that have the knowledge and the integrity to educate their clients. 

 In March of 2006 I found the missing piece.  I again had a need for more education and enrolled in CMPS, a certification in mortgage planning.  I was taught life planning rather than business planning and have created a philosophy to “Educate the client and take them to the next level and they will be a client for life”.
